So what is Counselling Psychology?
 
Counselling Psychology is the fostering and improving of human functioning by helping individuals experiencing distress and difficulties associated with life events and transitions, decision-making, work/career/education, family and social relationships, and mental health and physical health concerns. - The College of Psychologists of Ontario
 
I provide individual, couple, career, and crisis psychological services and vocational assessment to adult clients (18 years of age and older).
 
I offer both short-term and long-term psychological services within a secure, confidential, and supportive environment.
 
I assist individuals and couples with a variety of difficulties, including but not limited to the following:
 
  • Anxiety, Panic, & Phobia
  • Obsessive-Compulsive Symptoms
  • Low Mood & Depression
  • Stress Management & Burnout
  • Anger Management
  • Communication/Social Skills
  • Relationship Difficulties

I also offer seminars and workshops on various topics of interest, such as stress management, anxiety and worry, time management, and ethics and standards of practice in psychology.
